I bought a new 525 CFM Road Demon Jr. Carburetor and placed it on my '57 Silver Hawk. It runs well enough but the main circuit is too small for my engine ( because my engine is really too small for the carburetor ) making it feel like it's starved for fuel. I put a couple of hundred miles on it trying to get it perfect but that's not going to happen and It's just easier to slap a Holley 390 CFM unit on the car. Enough of my kvetching, if anyone needs a 525 CFM Road Demon Jr. Carburetor, let me know, I'll sell it to you at a nice price. It should perform better on a street rod 350. It's the same bolt pattern as a Holley.
