'56 Caddy engine work

My 1956 Caddy has been garaged and not started for more than 15 yrs.   It's history leads me to  believe that  an engine rebuild is needed to get back on the road.  Where or How can I find an experienced company / individual  to get the job well done?  Car is in Massapequa, but that does not limit my choice of a location for work.
